twinkaboo will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where such access occurred due to the Player's failure to maintain adequate security practices, including sharing login credentials or using easily guessable passwords.
twinkaboo accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to the Player's account balance in real time. Bank transfers are credited upon confirmation from the receiving bank, typically within one (1) business day. twinkaboo does not charge fees on incoming deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Players may only deposit using payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits made using payment accounts belonging to other individuals — including family members — are prohibited. Discovery of third-party payment methods will result in a withdrawal hold pending verification and may result in account suspension.
twinkaboo is required by AMLA regulations to monitor transactions for suspicious activity. Deposits that are made and subsequently withdrawn without significant gameplay activity are treated as suspicious and will be reviewed. twinkaboo reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel transactions where AML compliance reviews are required.
Withdrawals are available exclusively to Players who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on bonus-derived funds; and (c) complied with all applicable deposit requirements for standard withdrawal processing (e.g., minimum activity thresholds).

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to applicable matching rules. twinkaboo does not process withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name or to payment methods not previously used for deposits.
twinkaboo offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are published alongside the promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus amounts and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, and time limits for each promotion are specified in the applicable promotion terms. twinkaboo operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., hedging across outcomes) specifically to satisfy wagering requirements while minimizing risk; systematic exploitation of promotion structures; and claiming bonuses with no genuine intent to play. twinkaboo reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from abusive bonus activity, and permanently suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
The twinkaboo Welcome Bonus is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. "First qualifying deposit" means the first deposit made after account registration and email/mobile verification, subject to a minimum deposit threshold as specified in the current Welcome Bonus promotion terms. The Welcome Bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
All games available on the twinkaboo Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited and certified by recognized testing laboratories. Game outcomes are generated randomly and independently of any previous result, bet size, or account status. twinkaboo does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, twinkaboo reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the bet amount to the Player's account. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous display of a winning outcome or payout amount, twinkaboo is not obligated to honor that payout if the displayed result was not a genuine game outcome produced by the certified RNG system. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all twinkaboo games.
twinkaboo is not responsible for game round outcomes affected by Player-side internet disconnections. Where a game round is in progress at the time of disconnection, the game logic continues server-side and the outcome is recorded. Players who reconnect will see the resolved outcome. twinkaboo will not void game rounds on the basis of disconnection alone.
All bets are placed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and by table. Players are responsible for confirming bet limits before placing wagers. Bets placed that exceed account balance will be rejected by the system.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

twinkaboo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms and Conditions; detection of Prohibited Conduct; PAGCOR compliance obligations; AML/KYC requirements; regulatory directive; or any other reason twinkaboo deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.
Players may close their account at any time by contacting twinkaboo support via live chat. Before account closure, all pending bets will be resolved according to their natural outcome, and any remaining real money balance after bonus deduction will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
Upon account termination for any reason, all Bonus Balances are immediately forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player less any amounts subject to hold or investigation, except where termination is due to fraud or Prohibited Conduct, in which case twinkaboo reserves the right to forfeit all balances pending investigation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding the Platform, games, payments, or account management, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit a written complaint to twinkaboo's support team and allow thirty (30) days for resolution. twinkaboo is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures; Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.
twinkaboo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform's login page at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account prior to the effective date.
